Thank you for your interest in working for Swiss Life! We are looking for dedicated colleagues whose personalities and ambitions will help make a difference.

Nurturing ambitions

In our first conversation, the focus is on getting to know each other. You’ll tell us about yourself and your career so far, and we’ll explain who we are and how we work. Together, we can find out if we are a good fit.

Regardless of your field of expertise and experience, we’ll share the values and beliefs that shape our daily lives. You will experience these values and beliefs with us as we work together and achieve our goals. To find out more, visit our corporate culture page.

You are …

… ready for change

You see change as an opportunity for development – both professionally and personally. New situations motivate you to find creative solutions.

… future-oriented

You are confident in a digital environment and recognise the opportunities of new technologies and working methods. You enjoy trying out new tools and methods.

… keen to learn

You have never stopped learning and want to expand and deepen your knowledge. You are also happy to share this knowledge with others in order to grow together.

How we get to know each other

If you are interested in one of our vacancies, you can submit your documents online – including your CV, relevant documents and references. We would like to learn more about you as a person, so we look forward to receiving a personal covering letter from you.

Every position has specific requirements. So you will usually have your first meeting online with your future manager, in which you can find out more about the position and the working environment. You’ll tell us about your skills, your motivation and your career so far. Of course, we are also keen to hear what questions you have.

After the first meeting, we will invite you to complete our online assessment. You will receive a summary of the results directly by e-mail. If you wish, we can discuss them together. This will give you some valuable insights and enable us to better assess your strengths.

Is your first impression positive? We want you to get a good idea of your future working environment, so we like to invite you to visit our premises. Often you will get to know your team and, depending on the position, you will get involved straight away and work on a trial task. This will give you a first glimpse into your future working day.

If you have a management position in mind, you will also have the chance to talk to another manager in your department.

We’ll inform you transparently and promptly about the status of your application. If you have any questions, you can get in touch with your Human Resources contact at any time.

Are we both certain that our ambitions are a match?

Welcome to Swiss Life! On your first day at work, your manager and team will greet you and explain the most important things you need to know. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll learn more about Swiss Life at our Welcome Day, and get to know people beyond your team.

We only work with partners that have an official licence to recruit or hire out staff in Switzerland.

Please do not send us any files by e-mail. Instead, please apply for a login for recruitment agencies. You can find the responsible contact person in the respective job advertisement. Once you have registered, you will receive your personal login data, and can then submit applications via our system.

If we are interested in an initial meeting with your candidate, we will contact you and discuss the next steps.
