You give your all – and so do we, in order to support your development.

Nurturing appreciation

We offer you a culture of appreciation and recognition for your work, as well as a wide range of benefits – from flexible working models to training opportunities and health and wellbeing resources.

The basics

Fair remuneration and equal pay:

Here, you are paid the same salary for work of equal value. Depending on your personal performance and the success of the company, you will also receive an additional bonus. You’re staying true to us? Your service anniversaries will also be appropriately recognised.

Flexibility in your day-to-day work:

We like to meet as a team in our attractive working environment. If you need more flexibility, however, you can work wherever is most effective for you, your work and your team – whether from home, when travelling, or in the office. With part-time options and other flexible models, you can harmonise your professional and private life to suit your current situation.

Attractive development opportunities:

Continuous training means preparing for the challenges of tomorrow. We contribute to this with a comprehensive range of in-house training courses – both online and in-person, on-site formats. You will also receive financial contributions for external training to meet specific needs.

That little bit extra

Personal pension provision

With us, you have a home advantage: benefit from up to 65% lower 3rd pillar premiums, discounts on Swiss Life investment products, and employer’s pension fund contributions (savings and risk contributions), which amount to up to 2/3.

Good cover

Our partners offer special conditions for your health , household contents or legal expenses insurance, for example. Our agency can advise you on pension provision, mortgages and finance at special prices.

Affordable travel from A to B

Do you often use public transport? We pay up to 35% towards your GA Travelcard, Half Fare Travelcard PLUS or local ZVV travelcard, for example. There are also discounted Reka cheques available.

Taking a break

A range of time-out models or extra days off allow you to take a longer break from work occasionally in order to pursue your personal ambitions.

Commitment to your family

You get up to six months of maternity leave (minimum 16 weeks on a full salary) and three weeks of paternity leave. If things don’t go smoothly (in the event of illness or accident), you can take paid days off to look after your family – including away from home.

Flexible retirement

Not everyone has the same plans. You can choose to devote yourself to other projects earlier, or we may decide together that you will continue working beyond normal retirement age.

Staying active

Get moving – at our in-house gym, during a strenuous group class or on a mountain tour. Our sports club has something for everyone, and is a way of meeting other sports fans.

In harmony with you

There are ways of finding balance in the office, too. These include our on-site massage and physiotherapy services as well as events on topics related to health, relaxation and mental resilience.

Celebrating success

Our goals are ambitious and require us to make a collective effort. And this needs to be celebrated. We raise a glass together at annual kick-offs, summer parties, and in the Christmas village.

The employment conditions may differ from those listed above.
