Process
The first discussion is over the phone and is free of charge. Together, we will take a look at your current life situation and how and in which areas the services offered by Büro-Spitex could help you. If you are happy with the services, we will work with you to find a suitable appointment with Büro-Spitex.
The second appointment is subject to a fee and almost always takes place at a Swiss Life General Agency near you or online. Consultations at home are possible on request. Büro-Spitex looks at your goals and needs. If you want, after the meeting, it will issue the required provisions instruments, such as an advance care directive, patient decree, will or living will.

Questions and answers on support in everyday life
- You would like to receive administrative or fiduciary support – for reasons of old age or health.

If you lose capacity of judgement, your relatives cannot automatically take decisions about your legal interests. It is therefore important that you set out your wishes at an early stage.
