The needs analysis

In an initial consultation, you can tell us where you are in terms of owning a home. On this basis, we prepare analyses and very specific financing proposals that suit your plans.

The first appointment is free of charge and is used to get to know each other. Ideally, make a note of all your questions about financing your dream home or your existing home in advance.

For a non-binding financing proposal, please bring the following documents:

  • Building specifications or sales documentation
  • Energy certificate (such as Minergie certificate, CECB certificate, THPE standard)

If not included in the building specifications or sales documentation, please also bring the following documents:

  • Land register extract or draft purchase contract
  • Ground lease with current ground lease interest statement (if in the building right)
