Nebahat Derdiyok Ayhan has over 16 years of experience in occupational benefits. After many years of professional experience at a major Swiss bank, she worked in product development for corporate clients at Swiss Life from mid-2008 to the end of 2016, during which time she made a significant contribution to the
development of new products and the expansion of existing ones. On 1 January 2017, Ms Derdiyok Ayhan moved to another life insurer, where she took over as Head of Product and Account Management Group Life. Ms Derdiyok Ayhan joined Swiss Life Pension Services on 1 September 2024 and took over as Head on 1 November. She speaks German, French, English and Turkish.
